Our 24-hour Security Command Center carries the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 827 Certification, which is the gold standard for technical excellence and reliability for security monitoring. Being UL certified indicates that our 24/7 Security Monitoring Center has highly advanced technology with the sophisticated power and communications backup that allow it to operate all day, every day, regardless of external conditions.
We are always up to code, because UL engineers will make surprise inspections to our security command center to ensure it is in compliance with their very strict standards. In fact, we are happy to invite them, or our customers, in to tour the command center at any time.
